Scott Engel, Ph.D.

Scott Engel, Ph.D. Scott Engel, Ph.D., is a Research Scientist at the Neuropsychiatric Research Institute and an Assistant Professor at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences.  Dr. Engel received his doctoral degree from North Dakota State University in 2003 and has worked at the Neuropsychiatric Research Institute since that time.  His research interests involve the study of emotion in eating disorder patients.  He frequently employs assessment schemes that gather “real-time” data in particiapnts’ natural environment.  He is also interested in health-related quality of life in eating disorder patients.
